  Rick cares about his clients and did a phenomenal job for us! As we began the selling process, he took the time to answer our questions and concerns. Rick knew we had to sell first in order to buy another home. Every piece had to fall in place- in the right order- to make our dream happen. Rick put our home on the market at just the right price and after multiple showings we received an offer within 10 days! The work began to purchase our new home and Rick negotiated a great price....and timeline. He saved us a lot of money by contracting settlements of both properties on the same day- something we didn't think could happen. Moving over the summer and transferring to a new district before the school year began was important to our family and Rick made it happen.
